Jessica is a proud Washington native. Born and raised in Renton, graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, and now lives in Kent with her husband, Roy, and daughter, Poppy. She is blessed with an incredible extended family who all live nearby.

Having grown up in the church, she has a deep love of serving and equipping God’s people. In fact, she cannot remember a time when she wasn’t serving in some capacity either through kids’ ministry or worship. Although she has always loved working with kids, her passion for it deepened over the course of 13 years working as a nanny. In 2018, she joined the staff at Reach Church in Kirkland and eventually became the Kids Director there. In 2024, God led Jessica and her family to Faith Church where they are thrilled to be able to invest in the lives of the families in their own community. Jessica believes there’s nothing more important than helping kids follow Jesus and is blown away that she gets to make a living doing it.

As a self-proclaimed nerd, Jessica loves all things sci-fi or fantasy, science podcasts (especially about space), and theology podcasts. She enjoys baking bread and working in the yard, but her favorite thing in the whole world is being a wife and mom.
