Noell was raised on the west side of the Cascades, where she’s spent most of her life enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She and her husband, Frank, have been married for 19 years and can often be found on the sidelines cheering for their two teenage daughters, Olivia and Nina, as they play soccer, softball, and run cross country and track. They also have two grown daughters who live out of state.

A lover of coffee and crafting, Noell brings creativity and warmth to everything she does. For the past 18 years, she’s been part of Faith Church, where she’s found a genuine community that continually points her toward Jesus.
In addition to serving as the Kids Ministry Lead Administrator, Noell also serves as the Executive Team Lead Administrator, providing support to Dr. Sims, Gregg Farah, and Stuart Chapman. She brings exceptional organization, creativity, warmth, and administrative skill to each of these roles, strengthening the teams she serves.
